Raymond is very good, kind and patient ID, he's trying very hard to finish my nice house during one and half month time. We love our house very much, the way he handle, he knows his job very well and arrange properly communicate with his term work during renovation time to our nice new house.

Engage Raymond Ho after seeing his work on fb. Share with us his ideas which were very useful during the planning part. The project was executed orderly and raymond constantly updated us the progression too. Though there were minor hiccups along e way, all were resolved swiftly. We recently purchased a new house and was in a rush to move in before Hari Raya, which means we need an ID that can work within that duration (5 weeks) and our budget. 

We met at least 7 IDs and finally settled for Raymond. 

While he seems like another ID to us, who designs and talks, but Raymond is different. 

He is very knowledgeable with regards to renovation and designing matters, he is eager, meticulous, definitely very patient guy (because I'm super impatient), he's always all smiles and was never late for appointments and promises. He works well with contractors and suppliers too. 

Our home turn out beautiful with his expertise, and of course, he delivered his promise, that is, we are able to celebrate Hari Raya in our new home!

I am proud owner of Resale Executive HDB flat at Ho Ching Road. Our ID is Raymond. His strengths is in his wealth of experience from his earlier resale HDB projects, Scandinavian design and professionalism. He noted down my extensive list of requirements and ensure that each item full cost is quoted to me before I accept them. I review the quotation many times and request revising the quotation several times to meet my limited Budget. He is all willing to do the revisions and even help suggest ways to stay within my budget. As I'm busy with work and there are some parts of the project that are held up, he will arrive at project site at short notice to help get the project moving. 

He is able to schedule installation of some items earlier while mitigating the delay of other items. This makes the project complete ahead of schedule and allowed my family to move in early. I'm also surprised he is featured in the channel 8 Renovation TV Programme "A gift for Mama" and has given back to the community with his professional skills. Was a walk in customer and was introduced to Raymond. Was very detail in advising us during the planning. Very accommodating as well. Our place is now in progress of renovation.  Even some stuff is being pop up last min, Raymond still able to get it all sort out. 

So people who want to work on renovation within the budget, this is one place you can go to as they have attractive package. Some people would say getting ID is extra as you got to pay more, but I have to say their service is worth what you pay and worries free. 

And I have to say that the carpentry work is really good. Good workmanship.
